The next meeting of the Parish Council takes place at MAESBROOK VILLAGE HALL on 23rd October, starting at 7.00 pm.  Members of the public are welcome to attend, but it would be helpful if you could advise the Parish Clerk if you intend to do so, as space is limited. The agenda will be posted shortly, but the draft minutes for the September meeting are attached.

Please note that the Council continues to be cautious at meetings held in public because of Covid 19. As a result there may be a limit on numbers able to attend at any one time.  Members of the public attending are asked to follow any directions and protocols at the venue.  

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
