KINNERLEY CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA TO REMAIN CLOSED
30th June 2020

Having made an assessment of the new Government guidelines in respect of opening up children's play equipment from 4th July, Kinnerley Parish Council has concluded that it is unable to meet the requirements.   These include:-

  • Frequent sanitising of play equipment
  • Enforcing social distancing of at least 1 metre by monitoring/limiting numbers of users and accompanying adults
  • Enforcing a no food or drink policy in the play area

The Parish Councl is therefore asking for everyone's co-operation in NOT using the play equipment until it is safe to do so.  The fenced area will be padlocked as this represents the area of highest risk.  For those who contnue to use the big slide and zip wire we can only advise you to effectively sanitise and maintain social distance at all times
