Full Parish Council Meeting

A meeting of the Parish Council is planned for Monday 24th May 2021.  This will be the first meeting in person for over a year and at this stage is planned to be in the Parish Hall at Kinnerley.  The meeting will be held in accordance with the COVID guidelines in force at the time - this will inevitably result in limits to how many people are able to attend.  This page will be updated as soon as the relevant information is available.

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS THE PARISH COUNCIL MAY HAVE TO LIMIT NUMBERS WHO ARE ABLE TO ATTEND MEETINGS HELD IN PERSON.  ALL MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ATTENDING A MEETING WILL BE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW STRICT PROTOCOLS IN RELATION TO COVID SAFETY.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
