A full Parish Council Meeting will be held at Kinnerley Parish Hall on Monday 25th November 2019 at 7pm. The meeting is in the small committee room to the rear of the parish hall. There is a 'public participation' section on the agenda where anyone may speak on matters on the agenda or of wider interest to the Parish. All are welcome. An agenda for the meeting will be posted on this website at least three working days before the meeting, and on local noticeboards.

Please note that the Council continues to be cautious at meetings held in public because of Covid 19. As a result there may be a limit on numbers able to attend at any one time.  Members of the public attending are asked to follow any directions and protocols at the venue.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
