Meeting of Kinnerley Parish Council to be held at Kinnerley Parish Hall in the small committee room, which is accessed from the rear of the building. The agenda for the meeting will be posted on the website/local noticeboards three working days before the meeting. All are welcome to attend - there is a 15 minute part of the agenda set aside for public participation and any matter relating to the agenda or the Parish can be raised

Please note that the Council continues to be cautious at meetings held in public because of Covid 19. As a result there may be a limit on numbers able to attend at any one time.  Members of the public attending are asked to follow any directions and protocols at the venue.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
