The Annual Parish Meeting will be held at Kinnerley Parish Hall.  The Annual Parish Meeting is an opportunity for local people on the Electoral Roll for Kinnerley Parish to raise matters of concern to them that relate to the local community, and to hear from the Chairman about the work of the Parish Council in the previous year. Given the current situation with Coronovirus you may wish to contact the Clerk by e-mail with any issues or concerns you have prior to the meeting and these will be raised on your behalf.  E-mail address is kinnerleyparishcouncil@gmail.com.Owing to Covid 19 restrictions in force at the time, the meeting will not be open to the public. 

Please note that the Council continues to be cautious at meetings held in public because of Covid 19. As a result there may be a limit on numbers able to attend at any one time.  Members of the public attending are asked to follow any directions and protocols at the venue.  

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
