A meeting of the Parish Council is scheduled for Monday 24th May 2021.  This will be the first meeting in person for over a year, and will be held in the main hall of the Parish Hall at Kinnerley.  The meeting will be held in accordance with the COVID guidelines in force at the time - this means we are limited to how many members of the public would be permissable.  The advice we have received from the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) is that the Parish Council as a 'body corporate' is exempt from the 'rule of six' but other attendees are not.  In order to ensure that we do not breach this rule it would be appreciated if anyone who wishes to attend the meeting contacts the Parish Clerk by e-mail on kinnerleyparishcouncil@gmail.com.

Please note that the Council continues to be cautious at meetings held in public because of Covid 19. As a result there may be a limit on numbers able to attend at any one time.  Members of the public attending are asked to follow any directions and protocols at the venue.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
