The Parish Council Meeting will be held at Kinnerley Parish Hall in the small meeting room to the rear of the building. All members of the public are welcome. There is a public participation item on the agenda where any local resident may raise matters of concern or interest to the Parish. The agenda for the meeting will be available on this website and local noticeboards 3 working days before the meeting.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
